  I came to Windermere Elementary 8 years ago with not a friend in the world. A year went by, and then I met Wesley. We became best friends in a matter or weeks, and were rarely not together. If we weren't hanging out, we were anoying his parents by being on the phone. We lost touch in middle school, but I would get calls occasionally from him letting me know what was going on. His death is one of the greatest sorrows in my life, and daily I remember his smile and his personality. I will forever miss my friend, and hold his memory dear. Close

Your child has died and you need to be heard,
But they don't want to hear a single word.

They say all the "right" things that somehow seem wrong.

They're just hurting for you and trying to say,

So forgive them for not offering a helping hand.

Dearest Tina and Larry,

We are so sorry for the pain that you have gone through.  We can never bring Wesley back to you, but hope that through your faith, you understand that you will be with him again in Heaven.  God only chooses the best, and we believe that this is why Wesley is with him now.  We love you guys.  We pray every day that God will give you the strength to carry on and let Wesley's story be told!  May God give you peace.
